Asset intake guide
Use this checklist to assemble everything needed for the CGTF and Victoria Park homepage prototypes.
You can gather assets once, drop them into shared folders, and I can use that package to tighten both demos before you review and send them to clients.
Minimum handoff
- Logos for both clients
- Best hero/course/professional imagery
- Priority ranking per homepage
- One style direction per site
- Any must-keep copy or sections
Folder structure
Simple asset handoff structure
Keep the intake package light and obvious. The goal is fast demo refinement, not a perfect archive.
Shared root
Create one parent folder for the whole intake package so nothing gets split across messages, downloads, or desktops.
CGTF folder
Store logo, chosen hero/support images, and a short text note with must-keep copy and homepage priorities.
VPG folder
Store logo, course/event/membership imagery, and a short text note with booking and membership priorities.
Global prep checklist
Use this once for the overall package before getting client-specific.
- 1Create one shared folder with subfolders for `cgtf` and `vpg`.
- 2Drop final logo files into each client folder (`logo.svg` preferred).
- 3Add hero images first, then any secondary support images.
- 4Include a short text file or doc with must-keep headlines, CTAs, and any phrases that cannot change.
- 5Add a simple note ranking homepage priorities for each site.
- 6Flag anything that is optional, outdated, or safe to omit from the prototype.
CGTF checklist
What helps the authority / certification prototype feel credible and polished.
- 1Logo: SVG or high-res transparent PNG
- 22-4 strongest professional / certification / instruction images
- 3Priority ranking: certification, member benefits, trust, featured offer, contact
- 4Style direction: institutional or modern editorial
- 5Any proof points to feature: years active, reach, member count, outcomes
- 6Any must-keep CTA labels like 'Get Certified' or 'Member Benefits'
Victoria Park checklist
What helps the golf / hospitality prototype feel premium and convincing.
- 1Logo: SVG or high-res transparent PNG
- 24-8 strong images for hero, course atmosphere, memberships, and events
- 3Priority ranking: booking, memberships, East vs Valley, events, lessons/programs
- 4Style direction: premium resort or modern public-course hospitality
- 5Any must-keep CTA labels like 'Book a Tee Time' or 'Explore Memberships'
- 6Any signature proof to feature: history, location, amenities, banquet/events credibility
What to send me first
If you want the fastest review cycle, send the logos + hero imagery + priority ranking first. I can tighten the prototypes meaningfully from just that.
The must-keep copy and section notes are helpful, but not mandatory on day one. If omitted, I will keep the current business intent recognizable and refine the copy myself.
What not to worry about yet
- Do not build a complete site map or full content export.
- Do not collect every image from the current websites.
- Do not wire any booking, WooCommerce, or CMS flows yet.
- Do not try to solve final hosting or deployment decisions here.
